On December 31, Under Armour and Stephen Curry, who serves as the Global Ambassador for the United Nations Foundation’s Nothing But Nets campaign, will release a limited-edition Curry 4 Low colorway to support the fight against malaria.
For every pair sold, Stephen will donate an insecticide-treated bed net to Nothing But Nets, protecting kids, refugees, and families from malaria. Since his days at Davidson College, he has worked to protect families from the deadly disease of malaria. Each pair purchased delivers a life-saving anti-malaria bed net and educates the recipient on its proper use.
The bright red colorway with a netting design found on the heel is inspired by his involvement in the campaign’s efforts to send nets and help save lives from malaria. He wore the new colorway, “Nothing But Nets”, as he worked out before last night’s game at Oracle against the Utah Jazz.
The Curry 4 Low “Nothing But Nets” colorway will release for $120 USD at Under Armour in the United States, Canada and China on December 31.
